Chocolate fondant with Tonka bean and Timur Berry

 Ingredients

  • 200g of Chocolate
  • 3eggs
  • 150g of powdered sugar
  • 40g of flour
  • 200g of butter
  • 1tonka bean
  • 1/3teaspoon of Timur berry

Preparation tips



Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bain-marie. Preheat the oven to 200°.

Meanwhile, in a salad bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar. Beat this mixture until you obtain a nice foamy cream. Then add the sifted flour and the melted chocolate and butter. Mix well.

Finally add a grated Tonka bean (or a carton of Tonka bean) and 1/3 of a teaspoon of finely crushed Timur berry.

Mix the device again.

Butter a mold (or put parchment paper) and pour everything into the dish.

Place in the oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
